session, the IAA made contribution by submitting three written statements and two oral statements. These statements focused on the direct and indirect impacts of UCMs on individuals with autism, the importance of mental health for family members of individuals with disability, and the role of safety in guaranteeing the quality of life for individuals with autism. The IAA team was present in some meetings, and their participation in the session was a significant opportunity to raise awareness about the issues faced by individuals with autism.
